Demand your Governments to serve you to punish the guilty

As single persons we can do nothing against but if there are many of us, our Governments have to take legal action against
Usually if someone commit a crime the defense (suing party is in default to provide evidence, but at such magnitude laws should be corrected to punish the guilty and not the innocent)
