Entitlement to compensation by the WHO Country failing to report as stipulated in the "International Health Regulations 2005"  which may constitute a public health emergency of international concern

Entitlement for

Individual citizen compensation for difficult circumstances (curfews, daily life restrictions, loss of earnings)

Compensation to individuals for recovery from infection

Compensation to the family of the individual citizen in the event of death directly brought about by the pandemic

Compensation of costs for Country governments concerned for taking measures in hospitals, pharmacies and doctor's offices to combat the pandemic

Compensation of Country Governments concerned for taking necessary measures to contain the pandemic by declaring a national emergency (border closure, curfews, monitoring of the measures taken, quarantine, penalties, etc. ...)

Compensation for the economic loss of affected sectors such as companies in industry and trade

Compensation of the tax office through lost taxes

The global macroeconomic damage that could be caused by the COVID-19 pandemic will, according to calculations, amount to approximately US $ 58 trillion (see Global Economical Damages table) at least.

Many formulas could be used to calculate the assumed cost of combating the pandemic and subsequent costs. I have prepared two different calculation methods that could be used for each country affected by the pandemic

As the period until end of the pandemic is unknown, the costs can be higher or lower
