On November 17, 2019 at the town of Wuhan in the Peoples Republic of China the first 9 people fall victim to the Corona Virus. The Doctor "Li Wenliang" who realized the danger of the Virus has tried to warn after Christmas 2019 the global population by publishing a video on the danger of this Virus. He was arrested by the Police and died on February 7, 2020 on the Virus.
Finally, at the end of 2019, the public was informed that a market in Wuhan City, where fish, bats, snakes and other wild animals were also traded, is spreading a virus from animals to humans and is now being transmitted from person to person. The Chinese authorities have closed this market.
Too late for the world to react as valuable time was wasted by the Head of state as he already knew about the outbreak on January 7, 2020 but only alerted the public two weeks later. Most likely because local politicians and national Authorities covered up the outbreak and thus promoted the spread of the virus. Instead of quickly taking comprehensive public health measures, they punished doctors who warned of the disease and even ordered medical evidence of the new virus to be destroyed.
As I understand it, and despite the Chinese government's failure to cover the magnitude of the virus outbreak, it was already too late at Christmas time to prevent the virus from spreading rapidly across the globe in the 1st wave because many foreigners living and working in China wanted to return to their home countries to celebrate Christmas and New Year.
Please remember, back in late November already 9 people died in Wuhan on the Virus. Therefore it must be assumed that already a few thousand people was undetected infected and by Christmas already 28 has officially reported died with only god knows how many ten thousands already infected.
The 2nd wave on the global virus distribution started by end of January 2020 as the Chinese New Year was celebrated and many millions of Chinese, Foreigners living in China and other Asian and other Countries citizens went on holidays, travelling all over the world, preferably to Europe and the Alps for Sightseeing and Skiing
The school half year holidays starting in Europe in February 2020 are the 3rd wave of Corona Virus infection which ultimately contributed to the Corona Virus changing from local epidemics to a global pandemy
A very important factor for the rapid spread of the corona virus is the way in which the governments of the countries concerned react quickly. Countries with a democratic form of government take the most time to decide on far-reaching measures because a decision depends on the negotiations between several parties and the minister or president can only announce a decision when the political parties have reached an agreement. In the case of the Corona Virus Pandemy, totalitarian forms of government have the advantage that they can act immediately because there is no dispute between parties to decide what would be right or wrong.
Even if the government declares the highest possible state of emergency and expects that every individual citizen will contribute to the successful fight against the corona virus pandemic, it is ultimately up to the individual's sense of responsibility to integrate themselves in order to avert harm to themselves, their families or others and it Government enables the pandemic to be mastered in a short period of time.
Everyone is a smith of his and his family's luck and should not believe that he is invulnerable and only others besides him are unlucky enough to be infected by the virus. Take responsibility and pay attention not only to yourself, but also to the people next to you.
This also makes the difference, for example, why the corona virus pandemic does not strike so mercilessly in most Asian countries. Many Asians live like us in Europe or the United States, but they have a different feeling of care and responsibility that is almost no longer available in our culture. This is also the reason why we as western citizens find most Asians very friendly and helpful
I am not a doctor or specialist in Infectious Diseases, I am just a normal person with a good sense. Globally, I do not know how many thousands of highly skilled specialists are working to fight this Pandemy,
Sooner or later there will be a drug or vaccine that prevents the person from getting infected. However, I have not yet received any information about scenarios for how the enormous end costs that individual states and citizens incur can be fully or partially covered.
In this respect each country has its own disease control laws and citizens who spread the disease are punished with the severity of the law, either in prison or in prison and fined.
But what about a plague that has arisen from a government's irresponsibility and is spread globally?
With this website I want to inform on some lessons learned, we still can learn and what we, now globally unified in the fight against this VIRUS can do to avoid in future such global disaster to repeat and eventually kills hundreds of thousand of unguilty citizens around the globe, not to mention the disastrous impact on the economies making tens or hundreds of millions of people for a more or less short/medium time period jobless and which lived already before the crisis from the hand in the mouth
In the coming weeks I intend to translate this website into as many languages as possible, as not everyone is fluent in English. I want to reach as many people as possible globally and ask you to fight in your home countries that measures will be taken in the future and, if necessary, prevent further pandemics by threatening severe penalties
On other parts of the website, accessible by the Top Menu I like to inform on statistics, actions, future prevention and the reasons of myself to create this website
-------
Please allow me in simple words, to recall, although already a few billion people know the story of the global pandemy caused by the Corona Virus (COVID-19 (Facts, datas and figures are taken from sources available at the web, used to build a story simple to understand by everyone)
When extreme situations occur, many people and off course also Governments become panicked and anxious to find a solution to a problem as quickly as possible. Most get caught up in complicated thought patterns and overlook the essential supposedly not important facts. In order to find the real reason for a problem that has arisen and to find a satisfactory solution for it, it is first of all necessary to get to the bottom of things analytically. However, this is almost always only possible if the head is free from stress and fear of failure. If your head is not clear to find a satisfactory solution to a problem under enormous time pressure, valuable time has usually passed and you have to start over, still not with the guarantee that the retry will be successful.
Although it is sad to write about this pandemic that will have a devastating impact on humanity as a whole, I think it makes sense to think ahead about measures to prevent potentially more devastating pandemics and the associated human and macroeconomic losses in the future
The framework that I have built from the knowledge gained, deals with questions, assumptions and measures to address at least some areas of the problems caused by the pandemic
My assumptions can be found in the earlier Website Versions
